I recently replaced the thermal printhead in my Zebra ZM400 barcode label printer with the 79800M printhead. My old printhead was worn out, and my labels were coming out all smudged and unclear. The new printhead fixed that problem right away. Installing it was pretty simple. I just followed the instructions, and it fit perfectly in my printer. I didn’t need any special tools, which was nice. Once it was in, I tested it out, and the labels printed super clear at 203dpi. The quality is so much better now, and I can read the barcodes easily. What I really like is how fast it prints. I can get a lot of labels done in a short amount of time, which is helpful for my work. Plus, it seems really durable, so I expect it to last a long time.
